With Tentbuddy ( Ian) in the driving seat last time out he was complaning that Alfie was not stopping as well as he could. I had noticed a small amout of brake fluild on the rear drum but thought it was from when i bled the brakes, but no! it looks like we have blown a wheel cylinder......bugger!!!, but thats not all, when the hand brake was pulled on..... nothing!...so no handbrake..hhmmmmmmm!. Got the young lad to put his foot on the brake and guess what????........nothing!....... Looks like the self adjusting system had thrown the towel in so no rear brakes. This weekend the rear brakes will be getting a birthday.....New shoes,wheel cylinders and a paint job to make it look real shmick .....And you never know Alfie may start to stop in those damn garages.
