Hyundais!

It's becoming a bit of a Hyundai-Fest isn't it?

7 of the top 10 were in a Hyundai, with 6 of those in Excels. Fastest time on every stage went to an Excel.

We've picked all 3 of ours up for about a grand each, and they've run like clockwork considering the beating they get.

Although the new car is definitely easier to drive and less taily than the X2s. Need to pull some more weight out of the rear end I think. :)

All good!

Hey Mark, where did you get

Hey Mark,
where did you get the 1 grand excels from?
Auction? or is that info classified ;-)

cheers
Matt
(btw - Good job on the website!)

Pickles auctions and the

Pickles auctions and the quokka seem to be the best places so far..

Alex.

Hey Matt. Yeah, we picked up

Hey Matt.

Yeah, we picked up our current one for about $700, slightly damaged, from Pickles.

The other two were just out of the quokka. The current one is newer and with less km on it, but isn't registered.

We've been really happy with all of them actually. If you've got a trailer, then a lightly damaged unlicensed one might be the best option.

Yer, i was hoping to be down

Yer, i was hoping to be down there in my new excel. Looks like i missed a good event. I got mine for $500 its the 96 model 1500sohc. But goes good, i customised the intake and chucked on a bigger exhaust. Hopefuly be making an apperance in april, just need to organise licence and membership again....... Good thing with the excels is they are cheap to maintain. like parts are everywhere. anyway hope to see you all in april..

Cheers
