Im a new member with the LCC, trying to sort out my Mk2 Escort in time for the Oct Kahnacross.............. or next year! Just a quick question, as I dont have my L2 License yet am I best off applying for it on the day, or in advance?

CAMS have sort of lifted
CAMS have sort of lifted their game a bit this year, but two weeks is probably pushing it to get a new L2 license processed.
If it was me, I'd get the license on the day. Just turn up nice and early to get the paperwork all sorted. There's a link to the CAMS L2 form on the right of the homepage.

If memory serves me right
If memory serves me right there is a tear off section to the licence app that you can use at events until your licence comes from melbourne any way.

yeah you get a temporary lic, till your real one comes in the mail. should be able to do it by the next one easy!
the temp licence is only
the temp licence is only good if signed by the secretary at the event, the best way is to have all the forms downloaded and filled out and hand it in on the day of the event then we know you have one
