Hi,
I'm a new member (1 week and 4 days only ) and I'm after some second hand 13" rally tyres that I can use on my Mazda 121.
Is there anyone who can help me out please. Happy to collect from anywhere.

Have you tried to see if you can actually fit 14" wheels?
As long as the wheel studs are right and you have enough clearance, you might get away with it.
14" tyres are easier to come by (and usually cheaper) than the 13's. Start making friends with guys who rally Escorts and Datsuns. You'll find their front tyres are in pretty good knick!
