Hey Glen, So how many runs
Hey Glen,
So how many runs do you get in the day down at the Bunbury track? is it a figure of 8 setup, so 2 cars on track at once? How many entrants do you usually get? I remember back 3 or 4 years ago there were 50 or so drivers. We always used to loose out on the back straight on the Benger long track, with not enough top end, but were on the pace on the short track.
Later,

Hey wavey, At the moment we
Hey wavey,
At the moment we can run 4 laps, and the set up is 2 cars run together like benger, one does short track and the other does long, then they cross and finish together at the finish line.
last season was the first year at the new track and we were gtting 35-40 entries, btu for the frit event of the year, this sunday we ahve already 55, so lookign good for the new season.
this track is great for us fwders..
so double the money and half
so double the money and half the drive time???
its about experiancing
its about experiancing different grass roots motorsport mike, both clubs are here to build the sport and autocross is faster, and more exciting being able to start and finish at the same time as a competitor. migth be more expensive but its a great event... and doesnt kill your car as easily *cough* bormsa *cough*
the bormsa tracks arnt that
the bormsa tracks arnt that bad, you have generally got to expect that in any khanacross.
though i think the main thing with autocross at bunbury is that for the people that do khanacross at beverly, we have to travel over twice as far to get to bunbury, and then after travelling so far have only half the drive time,
it would be a thing to maybe do once a year but not as offen as competing in khanacrosses
yer good point if your from
yer good point if your from beverly, im from perth and takes exactly the same time for me.... once the freeway extension opens, it will be liek 45mins shorter..
i might bring the pulsar
i might bring the pulsar down for a run later in the year, if not early next year

haha nice aarin, i saw the pics after the last khana.... bloody good effort mate
I have done autocross at
I have done autocross at benger and the reason i stoped was the tracks were to rough, ( i beleive they fixed that by moving the start back) and also the cost to compete and travel down there, I do agree at the moment the tracks at beverley are rougher than normal, and we are working on that trying to find gravel to do repairs. but i do beleive that it didnt matter where you ran your car you were going to break those rear shocks first time out as they were too small
I'm pretty keen to have a
I'm pretty keen to have a crack at this new track - I enjoyed the old benger track a heap.
