Well, I'm sitting next to the window, and it's pissing down with rain... Looked like some heavy clouds heading out east this afternoon as well...
Should be an interesting day tomorrow. On the bright side it'll be easy on tyre wear. On the down side, there'll be no grip at all...
Hmm. :)
Which goes to show that I
Which goes to show that I should leave weather forecasting up to the professionals.
Results should be up on the website soon.

Congrats Curly!!

Alex.
I was the one who crashed
I was the one who crashed it. because the shocks were crap the car was jumping around and by the time i had got it going straght it i was heading for a big tyre.
Ok with the other car after last event it was doing funny things like jumping out of gear and the power steering had decided it had, had enough with my driving style, so i disconnected the power steering pump and sealed the boot up. and when i got home i decided to give it a drive to see how it went it would stall between gear changes and wouldnt idle so i got it home and gave it the once over, the twice over, and then for what ever reason i had i checked the coolant and...... OH POO theres oil in it. so i'm assuming its either a head gasket or a cracked or warped head (these motors have inherent head problems).
So friday night 8.00pm i rang Aarin and told him that we couldnt go, and to my suprise he had an idea (i dont have many good ones after work on fridays) lets get the 1600 going (i have a bushpig of a 1600 pulsar gl for parts which was half pulled to bits). So 8.00am to 12.00am saturday morning we were puling apart and putting back together my other pulsar to get us to beverly.
cheers (to anyone whos still awake) Ben
ben crashed that 1600 cc we
ben crashed that 1600 cc we had into a tyre rather hard... bens regular car has a very bad engine prob which is yet to be diagnosed...
that pulsar we did have i felt that it was fairly quik... just the hard bit was learning to drive without power steering again.

When I find some time, I'll work out a way that everyone can upload their own pics into a similar format.
