Sup regs for the next Event

As you would have seen from Darryn’s posts here on the website and facebook, there’s work to be done to get the tracks back up to top condition for the 2017 season. A Busy Bee is planned for the (cancelled) event weekend of 1-2 April to complete track work and other tasks.

The Jobs List so far includes:
• Track work (top priority!)
• Slashing, whipper-snippering, chain-sawing and weed spraying
• Timing gear fault finding & investigation
• Install gate in post & rail near donga
• Donga tidy-up

Hi All
After many conversations with many people who could help, the committee has decided to cancel the event for the 1st and 2nd of April.
This is due to the unprecedented rains that the Beverly area has experienced recently which has damage the Autocross track significantly. We are unable to get the machinery required to repair the track in time and as the safety of our members is our highest priority we feel it is best to cancel and allow us to repair the track to a standard that would be safe and robust.

Get your memberships in early before our first event as the Clerk of Course / Club Secretary gets real bad tempered if he gets a pile membership applications in the week prior to the event.

The first event is coming up, so I am looking for a volunteers, the usual officials starters, timers and flag wavers for our first event on the 4/2/2017. Any Volunteers can you let me know on secretary@bormsa.asn.au as supregs and permits need to be done very soon.
